Anxiety is not uncommon although its severity can vary significantly from person to person. It can vary from a general sense of unease to a full blown panic attack. It is also possible to be anxious about the possibility of experiencing a bout of anxiety. 

I can help you manage both your anxiety levels and your response to whenever an attack occurs by looking into what is triggering the anxiety. Together we will develop strategies based on your personal experience to both reduce the frequency and intensity of recurrences as well as examining the cause(s) and work to manage these too.
