Finances are one of the biggest causes of tension and worry in many peoples lives. These anxieties come in many forms, from worry over paying the bills, to guilt over a windfall and how 'best' to manage it.
While I do have a background in the financial world*, the session is not about financial advice as the anxiety seldom lies in the analysis of a bank balance. Instead we will be exploring your thoughts and feelings about money, what it is and what it represents. Ultimately this journey as well as the set of techniques explored, will help to lead your own self and to take control of your existing situation.
