Are you dissatisfied with your shape and size? Do you wish to resolve the struggle and the reasons behind this?

Many of us find our clothes become a little tighter after holidays or after stressful periods.  In some cases it may be years of struggling to maintain a healthy weight. In other cases there may be those of us who wish we could fill out our wardrobe that little bit more snugly.

There are many reasons why we may be dissatisfied with our bodies and many reasons why we struggle to get where we want to be. We will explore this throughout the sessions and use tried and tested techniques to help you manage your weight in an easier, less stressful way. 

Hypnotherapy can help adjust your attitudes and mind set with healthy goals as are our aim - and if you have a nutritionist or trainer I would be happy to work with them to help you achieve your objectives.
